Speed City: The Pace of Place

A campaign to tell the story of a region with grit, honesty, and momentum.

The Indy Chamber came to us with a new nickname for Indianapolis and a challenge: capture the energy of Speed City.

We worked together to create a campaign that tells the story of the Indy Region the way locals experience it. Instead of focusing on speed as spectacle, we grounded it in context, featuring the people, industries, neighborhoods, and everyday experiences that give motion meaning.

With the help of local partners, we sourced videos and captured images from around Indy, highlighting local mainstays, and giving the Chamber a library of assets to leverage moving forward.

The video, visual identity, and imagery tap into emotion — a hook that makes people feel something. From there, a roadshow deck gets to the specifics of what makes Indy a place worth choosing. It’s gritty, it’s honest, and it confidently positions the city we call home.
